A full field took on a tough Burleigh Golf Course on Sunday 11 August. Fresh winds and a little rain combined with some testing pin positions proved for difficult scoring in the 2024 Burleigh Cup.
Harrison Gomez from Royal Pines won the men’s division with a score of 71, 72 -143, beating Southport’s Travis Robbie by one shot.
In the women’s division Sora Fujino from Lakelands posted 76,73 – 149 to win by 9 shots.
Burleigh Golf Club member, Eden Delahunty won the men’s overall nett with 70,77 – 147 and Angela Wei won the women’s nett with 73,78 – 151.
